SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The weekend of events will kick-off on Friday evening at 6 pm, starting with the Tiny Tot Contest and Miss Viburnum Scholarship Pageant, which will take place in the Elmer P. Beard Gymnasium. On Saturday, starting at 9am, there will be live music/entertainment, kid games & activities, vendor booths and food booths set up in the Viburnum Center. Our Saturday night entertainment, , will perform in the Elmer P. Beard Gymnasium starting at 6pm. On Sunday, there will be a community church service hosted by local area churches, starting at 11:00 am in the Viburnum Center.
MAIN STAGE
The main stage is located within the Viburnum Center. Music. Main Stage Entertainment, Award Presentations and Community Church will take place here. To the right of the main stage, you can find our Information Booth.
EVENTS
Did you know that we offer FREE Mine Tours?! Starting at 8:30 am, you can sign up to take a free tour of Doe Run's Buick Mine. Sign up will be located in the breezeway (to the right of the Information Booth- between G&W foods and the Platinum Realty office). A shuttle bus will take guests to and from the mine site. Must be 12 years of age or older to participate in Mine Tours.
